Our commitment to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) is embedded in everything we do. We believe that real impact comes from looking at the bigger picture, not treating the ‘E’, the ‘S’ and the ‘G’ in isolation.

We’re continually evolving our EDI strategy and diversity and inclusion programme, with the goal of creating a more inclusive workplace. Our culture is open and inclusive, where individuals are comfortable bringing their true selves to work and are supported through every step of their career with us.
Engaging with our community
Giving back to communities and causes is a proud and passionate part of our long history. Through our Buzzacott Stuart Defries Memorial Fund, we support small charities working with children and young people around the City of London through grant-making. Every team member gets 14 hours a year to volunteer, and we regularly fundraise for causes we care about, with matched giving helping every pound go further.

Engaging our environment
We take our environmental responsibilities seriously, whether in the office, at home, or in our communities. Sustainability is built into our building, from motion-controlled lighting to responsible waste management. We engage our people with events like Earth Day and our recently established Environmental Network brings together passionate team members to share ideas and lead initiatives that drive meaningful change.

Buzzacott Stuart Defries Memorial Fund
For over 20 years, we’ve supported charities working with children and young people in and around the City of London, particularly in areas facing high levels of child poverty. We fund organisations tackling education inequality, homelessness, poverty, youth crime, online safety, and mental health, providing grants to help them create opportunities and change lives.
