Through our  Buzzacott Stuart Defries Memorial Fund, we support small charities working with children and young people around the City of London through grant-making. Every team member gets 14 hours a year to volunteer, and we regularly fundraise for causes we care about, with matched giving helping every pound go further. 

We take our environmental responsibilities seriously, whether in the office, at home, or in our communities. Sustainability is built into our building, from motion-controlled lighting to responsible waste management. We engage our people with events like Earth Day and our recently established Environmental Network brings together passionate team members to share ideas and lead initiatives that drive meaningful change.
