Work-life balance
You'll receive 22 days annual leave (25 days for managers and above) and public holidays. Entitlement rises to 27 days based on length of service. Pro-rata applies for part-time staff.

After successful completion of probation, staff receive full pay for the first 24 weeks of maternity or adoption leave. For the following 15 weeks, Statutory Maternity or Adoption Pay applies.
