We offer three different pathways for AAT apprentices

Charity and Not-for-Profit

An apprenticeship in this team gives you the chance to learn how to audit, advise, and support charities, including membership bodies and dynamic social enterprises. You’ll work with a diverse range of not-for-profits, from international NGOs to arts and culture organisations, to religious orders. You will study towards the AAT followed by the ACA – the ICAEW chartered accountancy qualification.

You will study towards the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) Level 3 and Level 4 qualifications over 30 months.

Paid study leave is provided to support you ahead of exams, and all course and exam fees are covered.

After completing the apprenticeship, further career progression is supported: Accounting associates can study towards the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), while Audit associates can work towards becoming an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA).

We’re committed to attracting and retaining the very best students. Your contribution is important to us, and it’s a big part of why we continue to perform as a first-class accounting and advisory firm.
