We are delighted to have advised Elemental Concept on their series A investment from Pentland Capital. This new investment comes at an exciting time for the business and enables the business to accelerate its growth and enlarge its global presence from its core bases of London and Singapore. 

Who are the firms involved

Elemental Concept delivers digital consulting, software development and digital transformation to companies ranging from start-ups to multinationals. Pentland Capital Holdings Limited is the investment business of the privately owned Pentland Group. Pentland Capital invests in a diverse range of interests across a range of sectors and geographies. Pentland Group is also the majority shareholder of JD Sports Fashion plc, which operates around 3,400 stores across 32 territories. It owns Pentland Brands Limited, a brand management company which owns several well recognised brands including Speedo, Berghaus and Ellesse. 

What we liked about this deal and how we helped
