Troncmaster Services

We've used Buzzacott Troncmaster Services for just over two years now. We were initially concerned about moving from service charge to tronc payments for our staff and the minefield it could create, but I have to say the Buzzacott team provided and managed a very clear transition, which was to everyone’s benefit.

Buzzacott has been efficient and proactive, particularly in meeting deadlines, and their added-value support on implementing tronc was phenomenal. They have just the right balance being flexible, easy to deal with yet having all the key strengths, attributes and rigour necessary to support our restaurant. I am particularly indebted to Samantha McCarthy and Mark Taylor who were committed to and successfully executed the challenge of implementing tronc in under four weeks from the appointment, a tremendous achievement. Buzzacott has made the setup of the Tronc scheme easy to understand, and it was a quick process. We have continued to receive monthly support as and when required, the team is responsive, and send over reports promptly when requested.
